Droskyn Droskyn

Long ago, Droskyn was a proud and imposing castle, standing tall atop a craggy hill and overlooking the surrounding countryside. Its lord was a powerful and ambitious man, with many loyal bannermen who swore their fealty to him.

But one day, something changed within the lord. He became obsessed with dark sorcery and began experimenting with spells and incantations that no mortal should ever meddle with. Over time, the lord began to change, his once handsome and noble appearance twisting and warping into something altogether more sinister.

As his transformation progressed, the lord became more and more reclusive, retreating deeper into the castle and surrounding himself with undead creatures that he had summoned from the depths of the underworld. One by one, his loyal bannermen were lured into the castle, only to be slaughtered and turned into undead slaves that obeyed their master’s every command.

Soon, word of the lord’s dark practices spread throughout the land, and it wasn’t long before a band of brave knights rode out to confront him. But the lord was prepared, and he met them on the castle battlements with an army of undead warriors at his back.

The battle that followed was fierce and bloody, with both sides sustaining heavy losses. But in the end, the knights prevailed, and the lord was slain. However, even in death, he refused to yield, and his spirit lingered within the castle walls, feeding on the pain and suffering of his undead slaves.

Over time, Droskyn fell into ruin, its once-mighty walls now crumbled and overgrown with weeds, But still, the those trapped souls roam the halls day and night, their master’s cursed spirit binding them to the castle for all eternity. And so, Droskyn remains abandoned, a dark and foreboding place, haunted by the memory of the lord who turned it into his own kingdom of the undead forever known as the Black Cage.
